I appreciate having the option for just a stand to go with the cabinets. It's going to make electric access SO much easier! The ability to mish-mash items and be creative with Zen products is a big selling point for me. I did not notice any instability as previous reviews mention, but do agree that it's a bit of a hit on the pocket book for what it is. Didn't stop me from ordering it though.

This stand is just alright, it is most definitely wobbly. I also feel like the aluminum comes out of the connecting joints very easily in some places if I'm not careful when moving it. I wish there was a better way of being able to have the habitat sit on top of it, like edges it could fit into, instead of just the tape. It definitely did not feel like it was worth the amount that it cost for how wobbly it is. I have had it put together for over a month now. It does look nice though, and I look forward to when I eventually get my 4x2x2 habitat and stand to go next to it. I am happy I went with the cabinet setup for the 4x2x2 stand after my experience with this one. I don't know that I'd order this stand again in the future.
