Shipping policy

At Zen Habitats, our goal is to get your new enclosures to you as soon as possible.  All in-stock Zen Habitats brand items will ship next business day. All non-Zen Habitats brand products ship in 1-3 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders of $49+ in the contiguous US! $4.99 shipping for orders of less than $49.

We ship FedEx/UPS Ground from TN and UT.  Most products arrive in 2-5 days. 

All back-orders will ship as soon as new inventory becomes available.

Zen Habitats apparel & merch: Because these are print-on-demand items, all apparel (and other customized items such as cups/mugs) is FINAL SALE & shipping may take up to 3 weeks.

Josh's Frogs Live Feeders:  Live plants and insects are covered by our Live Arrival Guarantees when they are shipped according to our temperature guidelines.

Our goal is to ship live insects and plants as soon as possible. Most orders will ship out from our facility within 1-3 business days. We ship live orders based on your choice of shipping method. Orders placed after Wednesday at 2pm ET, may not ship until the following Monday, based on the shipping method.
