Refund policy
ZenPro Pets Brand Product Returns:
If you are dissatisfied with your product, you can return your unused product for a full refund within 60 days. This policy applies to all ZenPro Pets brands, including Zen Habitats, Blue River Diets, ProRep, and White Python products.
Products must be returned in the same condition they arrived in and in the original packaging. For the health and safety of our customers' pets, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used to house animals. Free return shipping labels will be provided for eligible ZenPro Pets brand returns.
Refunds (if applicable):
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
If you are waiting on a refund, please check with your credit card company or bank. Once we process the refund, we no longer have visibility into the status of the funds.
Replacements (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need a replacement, please email support@zenhabitats.com with photos of the damage and we will assist you.
Josh's Frogs Live Feeders:
For biosecurity reasons, all living items (feeders, animals, plants) cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. If there are health issues affecting your live product, we will refund or reship live products within the terms of our Live Arrival Guarantees.
Other (Non-ZenPro Pets Brand) Product Returns:
All other products are sold through third-party brands and distributors. Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping labels for these returns.
If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
NO RETURNS on live goods (including plants that are included in bioactive kits).
Zen Habitats Apparel Items:
Because these are print-on-demand items, all apparel and customized items (such as cups and mugs) are FINAL SALE and shipping may take up to 3 weeks.
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
