We first bought the wood panel enclosure & absolutely loved it, but we didn’t realize it needed something for the bottom at first. Of course we noticed our beardie Lizzie had a hard time walking in it, but she was just starting her 1st brumation when we had switched her tanks. She is just about to turn 1 & has safely came out of brumation, thank God, it was scary at 1st being new owners & not knowing what was going on. Anyways I came to this website & found this & ordered it immediately. The moment we got it & put it in her tank, we put her on it & she stood up all the way, body off the floor on all 4s of course. We felt so bad at first that we didn’t know, but at least she had been in brumation. This helps her walk, now she’s all over her enclosure, plus it seems to really help with the heat.

I was looking for a pad that was so but had no pores because the crickets would go under the rug and my bearded dragon could not get to them. Easy to clean. Awesome product and should be advertised more because I almost did a different idea which was not as good as this pad.

I wish I had heard of these mats before researching a new tank!! Perfect fit (4x2x2), so so so easy to clean, and my dragon doesn't slip like he would on tile and no caught claws that happens sometimes with the fabric mats. AND it absorbs the heat really well without getting too hot. I love that it helps to keep the tank warm for him and it is so easy for me to do a quick clean every day (no more smelly tank!). I honestly can not recommend this enough. If you haven't gotten one, you should.

This non slip padded matt is really nice and durable. holds heat and seems to be comfy enough for our dragon to spread full just about anywhere she pleases. lol
One issue, i wish we knew of a cheap home cleaner we could use/make to disinfect the matt WITHOUT drying it out or ruining the matt.. Please let us know or add a NON-TOXIC disinfectant/cleaner. With kids, germs/covid19 spread faster than kindness.. unfortunately.

When first ordering it I thought it seemed a bit over-priced for a mat but after receiving it I can say that it's not and I'm very happy with it. Its heavy duty, makes cleaning so much easier, and really brings the habitat together. Mat soaks up heat nice as well. Definitely recommend.

A bit overpriced. I purchased the stand in addition to the PVC enclosure which surprisingly does not come with a bottom. I went to Lowe’s and purchased a peice of 1/4 plywood and added it myslef. For the price it should be included quite frankly. Set up was simple! Box arrived damaged but it was packaged very well and none of the components were damaged. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase.

The mat is so easy to clean and compared to repticarpet (which is what I was using before) it's AMAZING. It is a bit heavy and fits very snuggly in the enclosure so I had some trouble getting it out the first time to do a full clean but I figured it out. I also have one of those small hand brooms to get out any of the food scraps or anything like that that falls out while I'm taking the mat out. My only wish is that they would make it in more colors so it's not so plain in my enclosure (but then again it also stays warm because it is black).

I have a Bearded Dragon we adopted 6 years ago because he had calcium deficiency disease and as a result he can’t move his legs. The store was going to put him down. He was a baby and my Wife and I thought we would have him for a couple of months but we were intent on giving him a loving home until he passed away. While the enclosure is great, the base is not very sturdy. It's shaky when the tank is touched and makes me very nervous the enclosure can fall. Also, when you open the doors of the enclosure the entire base moves causing the enclosure to shake. This scares my beardie and I need to replace this expensive base with something more sturdy. Not satisfied with this base. Maybe the one with the doors would have been more sturdy as it would hold the sides together.

I love love love this !!! I barely smell anything and forget that I have a bearded dragon sometimes! Once he takes a poop, I clean it right up and it’s easy ! Only thing I had trouble with was cutting it to fit my 40 gallon tank, but otherwise very great product

This is exactly what you expect... it is easy to install and clean. Fits the 4x2x2 Zen tank perfectly. if you do feed your reptile bugs in the enclosure, they will hide under it on the edges if they scurry off, so check it or keep an eye out during feeding time!

I've had this mat in my bearded dragon's enclosure for almost a month, and so far I have zero complaints! It's super easy to clean up his poop, which was my main reason for trying it. The reptile carpet holds in too much oder, in my opinion. I have a 50gal tank, so I had to measure and cut the mat to fit, which worked just fine. My beardie has no issues moving on it and seems to enjoy it. Definitely makes his home look nicer!!

Everyone has told me I’m crazy for having my beardie on a non-toxic yoga mat for years. But reptile carpets are unsanitary, sand is dangerous, and tile is too hard and slippery. This zen mat is like a yoga mat but better! It’s waterproof so the poop doesn’t soak in, it’s soft enough for my elderly beardie’s joints, and it’s just so easy. Please make it in more colors :) like maybe tan or rock patterns.

The mats are hard to clean and leave stains. Sorry but the video is a lie. They dont just wipe clean. Calcium and poop particles get stuck in the mat and leave large stains. I have tried wipe out and scrubbing with a toothbrush and can still the stains. Buyer beware.

Currently using this for my senior kingsnake and overall I'm very pleased with it. The one con I have is that unless my snakes droppings are fresh it's not necessarily easy to clean. I did end up having to invest in a scrub brush to completely clean it but I'm at least able to clean a majority of the mess. My favorite thing about it is that its reusable, therefore saving me money on buying substrate.
