The Zen Mat is a popular choice for reptile owners looking for an easy-to-clean solution for their reptile habitat. Unlike shelf liners that are not designed for reptile use, our Zen Mats are created with non-porous PVC, with your reptile in mind. The padded underside of the Zen Mat supports the joints of your animal, while the textured surface ensures your pet can get a sturdy grip and move with confidence around their enclosure without slipping and sliding. Cleaning the Zen Mat is a breeze! You can spot clean your mat by wiping the surface using any reptile safe cleaner, such as a diluted white vinegar solution, F10, or chlorhexidine. For deep cleaning, you can easily remove the mat to wash in the sink using a scrub brush with soap and water to help free any stuck-on messes.
The Zen Cave and Zen Corner Cave – Basking Platforms For Your Reptile
Zen Habitats also offers two reptile hide options: the Zen Cave and the Zen Corner Cave. Both Zen Caves are designed with a spacious interior that is perfect for small to medium sized reptiles such as bearded dragons, blue tongued skinks, and ball pythons. The interior of the hide is also designed to hold warmth for the perfect warm hiding spot for your reptile. The Zen Corner Cave is designed to fit nicely into the corner of enclosures, and the standard Zen Cave is a standalone option that looks great placed anywhere in the habitat. Offering your reptile multiple hides will allow them to choose between different temperature and humidity gradients within their enclosure and still feel safe and secure.
Zen Habitats Bio-Basin – Perfect for Bioactive Terrariums
If creating a bioactive terrarium is something that interests you, Zen Habitats makes a convenient pre-cut liner called the Bio Basin. Made from durable vinyl, the Bio Basin is designed to hold up to 6” substrate and prevent any leaks from your reptile terrarium. Double sided tape is included with the Bio Basin to adhere it to the walls and substrate shield to hold it in place. When the time comes for a substrate change, simply lift the Bio Basin, and dispose of old substrate, no more scooping and struggling to replace used substrate!
